Dean Cundey SUCCESS!!! - 2012年12月7日 I mailed Mr. Cundey a letter, self addressed, stamped envelope, and 2 DVD covers. I received them in the mail on December 4 after having sent them about one week before Thanksgiving. Some time around November 15th. He personalized both covers and included a hand written note! I used the address provided here on the site.
