I have sent a LOR with SASE and two photos to Colin Firth on 13th June and I have received two signed photo back on 6th July.
The weirdest part is that the second photo attached wasn't mine! It looks like Colin/his assistant have accidentally switched one of my photos with someone else's that, unfortunately, is of a bit questionable, pixelised quality (it's the top one). Very unfortunate as mine was also from Bridget Jones movies that I love very dearly... However, I'm still glad I have received a response as Colin is one of my favourite actors. It resulted in a very quick and impressive 23 day turnaround.

I sent letters to both addresses in the database but seeing as it came by way of Royal Mail I think
the success was from this address!

Looks to be authentic. The handwriting resembles many other authentic autographs I have seen pictures of.
