Bought a photo off of Butch Patricks website http://www.munsters.com/shop.php on 12/7/12 and received today 12/13/12 signed and personalized.

Looks like he addressed the envelope as well. Maybe this is a working address? Seems to be his house. I dont know if he will sign TTM, but worth a shot.
