Toby Hall MLB Weird Success - March 12th, 2019 Sent LOR, SASE, TC to Toby Hall in October (I think, as I didn't record the date I sent it, which in itself is odd for me). Got back in my SASE that is in my own hand writing (so clearly I sent something), a signed TC. Funny thing is, that's not the TC I sent. It was signed and in one of those soft plastic covers. So, likely the card I sent him got mixed up with mine by accident. I believe the address I used was as listed below.
