Mitchell Higginbotham (born March 2, 1921) is a retired U.S. Army Air Force officer who was a member of the famed African American World War II fighter group known as the Tuskegee Airmen.
Sent two pictures out on 21 Jan and got both back signed 2 Feb...

Also included was a card from a friend of his (Shivaun) requesting people send him birthday cards.. They are trying to get 94 cards for his 94th birthday on 2 March.. So if you are inclined, please send out a birthday wish to Mr Higginbotham.. The address written on the note to send him a card had Brookdale Rancho Mirage between his name and the address I had used. Not sure if that is a subdivision or what.. I do plan to send him a card, hope you will too. Even if you do not want his autograph send him thanks for his military service.. it would be a very nice gesture .. I am sure it would make him smile. |

Charles E. McGee (born December 7, 1919) was one of the famed Tuskegee Airmen of World War II (Red Tails) and a career officer in the United States Air Force for 30 years. He holds a US Air Force record of 409 fighter combat missions flown in World War II, Korea and Vietnam.
Sent 2 photos of him standing next to his P 51 "Kitten" with his crew chief on 20 Jan and got both photos back signed 29 Jan.
