On 3/27/13 I sent an email to  asking for a picture and I received an email back that same day saying I would receive a picture in 3 weeks. So I waited 3 weeks and nothing ever came so I emailed them again 5/15/13 and again they replied within about an hour and they said they would send another. I received a pre-print picture, a letter, and 2 pins on 5/25/13
