I sent a letter, photo and SASE on Oct 26th and received inscribed signed photo on Nov 26th which I believe is secreterial. Input anyone? The address I used was:

I sent a LOR, SASE and a photo that was signed by Olympia Dukakis to Shirley on 7/11/12. I received the photo back signed and personalized on 8/31/12. I used the Santa Fe, NM Post Office Box address.
