Siciliano was an Attorney who became Assistant Secretary in the U.S. Department of Labor and Special Assistant to the Presidential for Personal Management under President Dwight D. Eisenhower's administration. Also Mr. Siciliano helped President Eisenhower work on supporting Civil Rights. He was also Chairman of the Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial Commission in Washington D.C.
