On 05/29/2020, I sent a LOR, SASE, and baseball card to Rafael Palmeiro at :

On 07/30/2020, I received my baseball card back autographed.
Mr. Palmeiro also included a note that autographs will be $20 going forward. Apparently I mailed my letter to him before he implemented the new fee.
