Phil Garner (Frmr MLB) success - November 28th, 2011
on 11/17/2011 I sent former MLB third baseman and manager Phil Garner a card, letter and SASE. On 11/28/2011 it came back signed! I used the address in the database and had seen several recent successes. He started out with the As, who are just down the road.
