Wrote to him, sending SASE, 3 pics, & IC. History says he takes a over a year to reply, if he replies at all. Still, I tried. Happy I did! 
Received my 3 pics signed in my SASE, no IC though. Gracious of him to sign since he sells signed photos in his website.
I DID NOT mention The Beatles in my letter.

Pete Best Purchased Sucess - July 27th, 2011
Hey Guys, Recently I Purchased A Pete Best Autograph On Ebay For About $20 Usd. And It Came With A COA stating that it was obtained at the super mega show festival in 2003. Im not Sure If Its Authentic And Sadly I Dont Have A Camera Or Scanner But I Made A Youtube Video Of It On My Phone, It Has Horrible Resolution But It's Acceptable.
