Sent Mr. Hornung a letter, 8x10, Sharpie, $40, SASE on 8/26/12, addressed to: C/O Hornung's Sports Showcase, 325 W. Main St., Ste. 1116, Louisville, KY 40202. SASE returned 9/4/12 with 8x10 signed, and with HOF '86 added. Sorry no scanner. I have read through the years that he charges $40 per flat. |

Paul Hornung SUCCESS!!! - April 10th, 2012
Im very happy with this success! Im trying to get as many living Packers Hall of Famers to sign a license plate for me. I sent the plate to Paul Hornung at his address in Louisville. I sent a LOR, SASE, Sharpie, $20 & the license plate. I received the plate back signed along with a price list. The list not only gave the prices, but also said that 100% of the fees goes towards the Visiting Sisters Program in Louisville. Im going to send the difference back because not only did Mr. Hornung sign for less than the fee, but also because it is a really good cause that the moneys going towards.

Paul Hornung - Football HOF - success - May 19th, 2011
Paul sent and signed an 8x10 for a $40 donation to the Sister Visitor Program per his price list. I am little disappointed he signed the black and white picture with a black sharpie.
