11 months later and I received my 8x10 back personalized by Michael today

Michael Chiklis RTS - June 7th, 2011 I sent a request on the 16th May and received everything back yesterday.
There is a stamp on the enveloppe with reasons checked but none have been ticked so not sure why it came back.
Any ideas?
