Kevin Bass Success - February 17th, 2015
Received my 1990 Donruss card signed by Kevin Bass. He used to charge $10 for a signature but it appears that he no longer does; I've seen plenty of recent successes with no money sent.

Back on 10/21/2011 I sent Kevin Bass, former Houston Astros player LOR, SASE, and 2 cards. I got it back today (11-23-2011) with a note that says:
"I will gladly sign for a fee of $10.00 per card or item. Cash Only"
I will not be resending.
