Karen Allen - Indiana Jones Raiders of the Lost Ark, Glass Menagerie, Animal House... etc.
Karen graciously provides photos on her website with instructions on how to get her to sign them.

and sent a photo & SASE to:

Sent request in late July and received today September 15th. Fiber Arts is her clothing store in Mass where she sells her designs. She frequently goes there and gets fan mail and autographs to that address.
