I sent a LOR, picture, and SASE to Joe Theismann JRT Associates, INC 21495 Ridgetop Circle Suite 304A Sterling, VA 20166 on 4/08/16 and received my picture back signed on 4/22/16. According to his website, he charges $5 per signature. I was unaware and sent mine without money and still got one. He signs well and even added "SB XVII Champ" which looks nice. Sorry, I can't figure out how to upload a picture. |

First picture is the autograph and the second is the thank you note in my SASE. I included a $5 money order made out to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital. If you go to joetheismann.com, it'll tell you all the prices he charges for autographs (and they're pretty reasonable compared to a lot of other players). As noted in his webpage, expect a 2-4 week delivery if everything is correct, though mine took just 8 days.
