Recieved: 22nd August
Sent: Letter, questionnaire, a birthday card (for her to fill in for my friend) and a SSAE
Recieved: Letter of thanks, Questionnaire filled in, birthday card filled in (with a really sweet comical message, a picture for my friend personalised to her and 2 pictures (all provided by her) both personalised for me...
Plus: One of the pictures she personalised for me was quite large so she stuck my envelope onto a bigger one and paid the postage for it to get here!!!

I sent a LOR and SAE to the address in the database and yesterday i recieved two personally signed photos and a letter signed by joanna thanking me for the letter.
Took about 4 weeks
Would be interesting to hear back from people who have had a similar response
