I didnt put his address on the return part because I was hoping I woulda got the Jerry Lewis stamp that my friend had gotten but I didnt so its empty but nonetheless here is the envelope:

I sent out my photos with a signature request on 8/19/2013 and received it on 9/12/2013. I sent it to the Jerry Lewis Productions address in Las Vegas. Very pleased with the quick response. |
