I sent a letter roughly around 22nd September 2014 and recieved a personalised postcard by Jacqueline herself!
The post card reads:

Im pleased that you particularly enjoyed Lola Rose - its was a different book to write because it deals with very troubling issues. Im delighted that it inspired you to write your own stories. She signed my book cover and also sent me a postcard with a note

I sent a photo, along with an SAE and a LOR at the end of May. I recieved the photo back personally signed, as well as a postcard personally written to me and answering all the questions I asked in the letter!:O I got in back at the start of August.
