The letter was returned on 5/29. "The Spanky Taylor Company" was scratched out and "Not at this address" was written on the envelope.

Jack Black Success! 3-31-18 - April 7th, 2018
Sent a 8x10 photo to Jack Black with Prepaid postage envelope to send it back and a letter. I used address in Data Base Sent 3-23-18 received 3-31-18 signed! The Spanky Taylor Company.

Jack Black Success 3/19/18 - March 22nd, 2018
I mailed a letter and SASE to Mr. Jack Black at the address below. I sent four pictures on 3/5/18. On 3/19/18, Two came back signed, plus a picture that I had not sent. I have read where the pictures are signed by auto pen, but the picture that I did not send was signed by an ink pen and not a sharpie. You could see the indention on the back side of the photo.
