Probably the lengthiest response time Ive had in a while. Sent a Batman Begins CD insert, SASE, and LOR to Zimmers agency. Today, received padded envelope with a mint copy of the CD, and Zimmer had opened the CD to sign the insert for me. Very happy with this!
