Send two photos, a LOR and a SASE on 4/27/12
Recieved a personalized photo in a new envelope (with my two unsigned photos returned as well) on 5/11/12 with an apologetic letter saying that the former president cannot unfortunately reply to all letters personally, but that he enjoys hearing from people, yada yada. now the meat and potatoes...
