On 8-21-14 I sent an email to Mr. Sinise though his Web site at: http://www.garysinisefoundation.org/contact
(make sure you select "Inquiry for Gary Sinise" from the drop-down menu, and then from there it gives you the option to request an autograph, and to type a message as well.)
Today I received a very nice color 8X10 autographed photo that Mr. Sinise personalized and inscribed "Best Wishes".
He was even kind enough to send it by priority mail with a tracking number.

Gary Sinise email success - October 10th, 2014
Sent an email to The Gary Sinise Foundation thru contact on the website http://www.garysinisefoundation.org/ on 8-19-14. On 10-10-14 I received a nice 8x10 picture of Lt. Dan signed to my daughter and me. Such a great actor and his Foundation helps vets.

Gary Sinise Success! - July 20th, 2014
On March 13, 2014, I sent three photos, a letter of request, and a SASE to the address in the database.
On July 19, 2014, I received all photos back signed. One of them is even personalized!
