Fran Tarkenton, NFL HOF'er, Success - February 1st, 2016
Sent Mr. Tarkenton a letter, Sports Illustrated, Blue Sharpie, $30, and a SASE on 1/18/16, addressed to: 3340 Peachtree Road NE, Suite 2300, Atlanta, GA 30326. SASE returned 2/1/16 with Sports Illustrated signed in blue, and with HOF '86 added, as requested. Mr. Tarkington also added a print-out thanking me for the request, and to enjoy it. it also asked to follow him on Facebook and Twitter. Sorry no photo. |

I sent a fan letter along with a SAS Box, Football, Vikings mini helmet and a $65.00 fee to former Minnesota Vikings QB Fran Tarkenton and I got a response back from him. He signed both football and mini helmet. The football was $35.00 and the helmet was $30.00, I know that a lot of people are going to criticize and say it was not worth it or that I took too big of a risk, but this is a an autograph I wanted to get for the longest time and haven't been able to get it. I am happy that I took the risk and luckily it paid off.
