Personalised and he also drew 4 hearts on the photograph with a message below 'enough hearts? xx'. I asked politely if he had a starlings photograph of 'fergie'. He sent a photo from series 2 with a message saying 'arnold and fergie send lots of love' - (arnold is the dummy in series 2 that loz was scared of). He wrote it in white pen and he even placed the photo between two pieces of card so it won't get damaged.
