I received this a while ago from Jo but finally got round to posting it.
I received a personalised cast card from Jo on the 26th March 2015, It took approximately a month for a reply.
I wrote to Jo via her agents and that is possibly the best way to get in touch with her.

I sent a letter & an SASE to Luisa on the 28th January & on the 2nd of April, i recieved a signed cast card, i am very happy with the success!
Took 64 days & my Carter autographs are almost complete!

I sent a letter, some questions & an SASE to Jo on the 23rd February 2015 & on the 26th March 2015, I recieved a signed & dedicated EastEnders castcard & my questions answered! Very happy with the success! It also only took 31 days.. i expected it to be longer!
