Honorable David Dinkins served as 106th Mayor of New York City, New York from 1990-1993 and became the first African American to become Mayor of New York City. On 6/22/2017 I mailed a letter explaining how I find his work to be very ins[iring to me including wishing him Happy Birthday for July 10 and a picture of me to Honorable David Dinkins c/o Columbia University International Affairs Building, Room 1430 420 West 118th Street New York, NY 10027 (took about 10 weeks) On 8/25/2017 I received a nice letter from him. David Dinkins success - December 22nd, 2016
I sent an email to Columbia University https://sipa.columbia.edu/faculty/david-n-dinkins on 16/11/16 and today I received a signed photo. David Dinkins is the former New York Mayor, and the only black Mayor of New York to this date. http://surfmypictures.com/image/dccd910 ... xhvub.html
