Catherine Tate - Success! - April 30th, 2013
Hi!
I sent of a request to Catherine toward end of last year, however the photo I received back, the autograph was severely smudged and was not clearly visible.
So I decided to re-send. I sent one LOR, SASE and 1 photo (of Catherine as Donna Noble in Doctor Who: Series 4) and today received the photo back signed and personalized.

Catherine Tate (*DISAPPOINTING SUCCESS*) - February 5th, 2013
I sent 1 photo, SASE and a LOR to Catherine, last year, using this address:

Today O received the photo backed signed and personalized.However, when I opened it up, I discovered that the autograph has smudged severely on the photo and was also smudged onto the note that was included:

Catherine Tate success! - February 5th, 2013
Hi everyone, came home today to find a new SASE at my door  . Opened it and it was none only than my catherine tate request signed as i asked.
If you do not know who she is, I know her mainly from Doctor Who as Donna Noble and she has to be one of my most favourite actresses and comedians of all time and also my most favorite companion in doctor who. She also has starred in the comedy the catherine tate show and movies such as Gulliver travels and she has been in many other comedy shows. This is really a dream come true for me and its amazing to receive my photo signed as it has been a good 6 months since i sent my request.
I also received a slip of card thanking my for the letter and apologizing for the amount of time it took. I hope that this is written by her too as that would be amazing the handwriting is similar.
I sent it using the address on the data base and i sent it in august 2012 received 5th february 2013.

2 different signed Dr Who promotional cast cards, both from her main role as Donna Noble in Series 4.
She's pretty tough to get these days, so I am delighted that Catherine took the time to respond 
I also got a nice wee good luck note on an official Catherine Tate comp slip.
