I didn't want to call it a complete autograph failure as he did respond with a card stating that for a tax deductible donation of $40 to the Cancer Support Center, he'll autograph my item. I sent the request 3/6/15 and got it back 3/16/15

Carlton Fisk (MLB HOF catcher) Failure - September 6th, 2013
Sent 2 cards and LOR in SASE on 8/28/13 and today 9/6/13 I received both cards back unsigned and a stupid postcard asking for $40. He's not worth $40.

Carlton Fisk - November 4th, 2012
Mailed a $40 check and card to Carlton Fisk at 18705 63rd Ave E. Bradenton, FL 34211 on Oct. 9
received the sign card back on Oct. 25.
It was postmarked the same day Fisk was arrested in the corn field.

Carlton Fisk Success - August 26th, 2011
On August 2nd I sent a LOR, 8x10 photo, $40. cash and SASE to Baseball Hall of Famer Carlton Fisk. I received my photo signed on August 19th. I used the address in the database, and I DO NOT scan envelopes..
