Bobby Richardson 1960 World Series MVP... - February 27th, 2013
I sent out a LOR, SASE and hand drawn portrait of Bobby Richardson on 2- -13 and recieved my drawing back on 2-26-13. He also signed a mini-jersey number for my WS MVP project of the Yankees. Also, recieved a RTS from Lou Piniella the same day. Well, I guess HE wont be going into my Yankees Dynasty collection. Thankfully, Im a Cardinals fan... LOL. Photos will be posted later today.

This was about a 7-8 month turnaround as i got y.day my card back signed, along w/ a pamphlet about mickey mantle. I used 47 adams ave,sumter,s.c.,29150. i am thrilled w/ this former Yankee great!! -

Bobby Richardson-Former NY Yankees/Success - June 25th, 2011
Back one 5/22 I sent a lor, sase and a baseball to former NY Yankees player Bobby Richardson. Today on 6/25 I received my large bubble envelope with my baseball signed by Bobby Richardson in blue pen. He also added the inscription "1960 WS MVP" per my request. The address used was 47 Adams Avenue Sumter, SC 29150. I was extremely happy by this success from a Yankee legend. Also inside the envelope was a pamplet from the ATS ministry group with Mickey Mantle and Bobby Richardson picture on it. Talking about the speech Bobby Richardson did at Mantle funeral. |
