Sent Mr. Clarke a letter, Sports Illustrated, Sharpie, SASE on 3/5/12, addressed to: C/O Philadelphia Flyers, First Union Center, 3601 S. Broad St., Philadelphia, PA 19148. SASE returned 4/18/12 with SI signed and HOF '87 added, as requested. Sorry no scanner. |

NHL HOFer Bobby Clarke Success!!! (Philadelphia Flyers) - November 10th, 2011
On 10/31/2011 I sent Former Philadelphia Flyer Center H.O.Fer a LOR, SASE, and 1 Card. He currently works for the Flyers organization so I just sent it there. I got it back today (11/10/2011) signed with a black felt tipped marker! This is my first Hockey attempt and success! I got the card back without the case I sent, with the letter I wrote folded around the card, thought that was odd, but very happy with the success nonetheless!

Bobby Clarke success - September 30th, 2011
Ok, so I asked Clarke in mid september to sign and personalize the card for my dad who grew up watching Bobby play. I told him it would mean so much to him in the LOR. I also sent the card and a SASE. On sept 30, I recieved the personalized card back. Used the address in database. My dad is gonna be thrilled! |
