I sent a LOR, SASE, and two 4x6 photos to Amanda Seyfried on June 5, 2012. I received my photos signed and personalized by Amanda herself on 10/20/2012. I used the address in the database. Ive been waiting four (4) months for a reply from her. Im glad I didnt give up hope!
