Edwin Van der Sar success (Ajax Amsterdam) - April 1st, 2016
Sent LOR, SAE, IRC and 2 4x6 photos to Ajax (database) in early March, and received the photos signed back today. But the silver inks looked without any adhesive and peel off.  Still appreciated to the greatest Netherland's goalkeeper.

Ricardo Kishna (Ajax Amsterdam) pre-print - February 3rd, 2015
I sent SAE, LOR, IRC and 2 photos to Ricardo Kishna - Ajax Amsterdam in 19.01.15 address used in database.
Today (3.02.15 ) I received back my photos (unsigned..), but Ajax give me two club cards with pre-print.
+ returned my IRC.
