AFTER ALMOST 2 YEARS NED BEATTY SUCCESS/FAILURE - 2016年8月25日
I sent a letter of request, 2 photos and an SASE on Oct. 10th 2014 and received both photos on August 25th 2016 signed with an AP. Disappointing. The address I used was:
