I have a private address for William H. Macy, but i tried Shameless one first, I thought I wont get any reply but... A Christmas Miracle!  
Anyway, I sent LOR, SAE and a photo around october (maybe) so this was quick lol. And I recieved back my photo hand signed, don't know why at the bottom lol

on 7/7/15 I mailed out a lor, Pre paid return envelope, on fargo booklet previusly signed by Peter Stormare to Mr. WIlliam H. Macy via the Shamless production address in Burbank, Ca. Today 12/16/15 I received my booklet back signed!
