How to send your fan mail and autograph requests to Claude Humphrey?:

| If you want to request an autograph, follow the guidelines bellow. If you just want to mail a letter with the address above, and do not want anything back, then you can stop reading!
If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo.
You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes.
Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response.

I sent a letter, SASE, photo, and $25 on December 18th and today I received it back signed and inscribed "HOF 14"!

Claude Humphrey, NFL HOF'er, Success - December 2nd, 2015
Sent Mr. Humphrey a letter, 8x10 photo, blue Sharpie, $20, and a SASE on 11/10/15, addressed to: 3399 Lord Dunmore CV, Memphis, TN 38134. SASE returned 12/1/15, with 8x10 signed in blue. Mr. Humphrey also added, HOF '14, as requested. Sorry no photo. |

Claude Humphrey American Football HOF fail - February 11th, 2015
Sent Mr Humphrey 2 photos to sign on 1 Dec and got both back on 11 Feb unsigned with a note indicating he charges $35 each to sign.. Well.. I do not want his autograph that bad..He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2014.. |
