2008年01月29日 - I wrote Sam an email on myspace requesting an autograph. He asked me to send a SASE and he would autograph a picture and send it back. He asked me to send the envelope to his academy that he teaches at:

On the SASE I received, it did have the same return address. I received two autographed pictures that were identical, one business card and a short letter about getting rich playing poker (him and I both play)
