2008年05月 3日 - On 1/15/08 I send Tanya Tucker a LOR, 2 index cards and no SASE.
Today 5/3/08 I received a 8x10 PP and she signed my 2 index cards.

I'm betting that this is a preprint especially since the signature has "04" at the end. You'd think they'd at least pick up on a dated signature even if it was their most current preprint.
