2008年08月 9日 - Well while stopping short of what must be a record 10 autographs from Sir David heald by another member... Wonder who that could be. This is (technically) my 4th 5th and 6th David Attenborough autographs. on 30th June i went to see a talk with Sir David that was heald at our local university. A really great evening, such a privilage to be there to watch some of his greatest moments with the man himself. I waited around after the show to see if i could get him IP like a few others but sadly i must have missed him. So i decided to write to him again thanking him for coming up etc. If anyone is interested the whole show has been uploaded to the universitys website. http://www.abdn.ac.uk/directorscut/attenborough_webcast.php Sir David Attenborough 5 Park Road Richmond Surrey TW10 6NS United Kingdom I sent Sir David a LOA, SASE, 2 8x10s of his portrait done to commemorate his winning the title of Britains greatest living icon. My ticket for the show and a silver sharpie. on 1st of August, received back both photos and my ticket signed 9th August. I'm so so so so so so pleased with the personalized one, he can be really hard to get a personalized one from and when i opened the envelope the undedicated one was on top so i thought ah well then moved it over to see the personalized one below My mostest favorite autograph ever now. I'm going to hang the original undedicated one up at my work, scan the dedicated hang a print of that and keep the real dedicated one safe in my storage binder. Very smashing.
