I don't believe Katee signs free in the mail. Her mom runs a webstore which donates proceeds to her Fly Free Charity, which offers many 8x10's (no Star Wars Mandalorian) for $15 plus $2 shipping. You can send items if you first contact them about terms. Note her site store is currently off-line, I presumed while she does a private signing that's been publicly advertised.
