I contacted Mr. Dillane via Michelle Braidman Associates and their instructions read:

Kindly note that we do NOT keep any signed photos or autographs in our offices. To ensure that your fan mail is deliverable, you must provide TWO stamped addressed envelopes (with UK postage only): one to send onto the client and the other to return back to you.[/i
I sent a letter, 2 photos and two envelopes on 10 March and today I received both my photos signed.
