请照以下指示寄出您的签名请求。如不需要回信，只需照地址发送邮件。定居者请把回邮信封(最低大小为220×110mm)请求信件和照片一起寄出。为防运送中照片受损，可加硬卡片一张。把信件送出。一般回复时间为三个月。如果您不住请添加几张国际回信券。收信对方可用国际回信券换取邮票。国际回信券可在邮政局购买。请勿把国际回信券贴在信封外(把回信券放进信封里)。更多国际回信券贴的资料可从查寻。从寄出信件的邮件收费资料。

Yogi Berra Success/Failure - 2014年10月31日
I sent a card, a LOR and a SASE to Yogi Berra on October 23, 2014 and on October 29, 2014 I received my card back unsigned along with a handwritten letter explaining that Mr. Berra no longer signs due to his age/health.
I marked this as a success because the address is valid and I received a response.

Sent a card, SASE, envelope to the address in the database, 9/28/2014. Received my unsigned card back with a very nice hand written note from the museum that based on his health and age, is no longer able to sign and he invited me to the museum. |

Don Larsen and Yogi Berra Success!!! - 2012年7月30日
I sent Mr.Larsen a check on 7/24/12 and today I received an 8x10 picture signed by him and and Yogi Berra. I used his P.O. Box address.
