请照以下指示寄出您的签名请求。如不需要回信，只需照地址发送邮件。定居者请把回邮信封(最低大小为220×110mm)请求信件和照片一起寄出。为防运送中照片受损，可加硬卡片一张。把信件送出。一般回复时间为三个月。如果您不住请添加几张国际回信券。收信对方可用国际回信券换取邮票。国际回信券可在邮政局购买。请勿把国际回信券贴在信封外(把回信券放进信封里)。更多国际回信券贴的资料可从查寻。从寄出信件的邮件收费资料。

Sent LOR, SASE and two photos to a private address. I let her know how much I admired her work and also that if she did not feel up to signing my photos that was totally fine (considering she is 98), but she did sign them!!
