I Bought this from his website http://www.marvinkaplan.com/ for 6 dollars on the 25th March 2015 and today 15th of April 2015 it popped through my letterbox.

Marvin Kaplan Purchased Success - 2015年2月19日
I went to Marvin Kaplan's website (Marvin was in It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World and was the voice of Choo-Choo on Top Cat) and purchased a signed pic. It's $10 for a pic, and only $2.95 for worldwide shipping which is really good. Very pleased with the pic I received. The link to his site is in the link below:
