I sent an e mail via their official website requesting a fanpack. Today I got back a bumper sticker, a team photo and a letter. In the letter is said that they sent a media guide which I didn't get, but that's alright. I honestly think that Media Guides are now being sent in fanpacks cause the last 4 I've gotten have included them.
