I sent : an LOR
Received : Letter answering all my questions and she signed the back , also got little leaflet on her new book all received in yellow envelope
Sent : (maybe 2 or 3 years ago but i was young and a huge fan so yeah  )
I got it back yesterday 27th September 2012
