Manuel Joseph "Jim" Rivera (born July 22, 1921) is an American former Major League Baseball (MLB) outfielder. He played for three teams over ten seasons: St. Louis Browns (1952), Chicago White Sox (1952â1961) and Kansas City Athletics (1961).
Sent him a couple cards but they came back unsigned with a note from his wife saying that she apologizes that he can no longer sign and is in a nursing home.. he is 96 |

I sent a SASE to MR. Rivera on 12/24/16. It was returned to me today unable to deliver.

I mailed a drawing to be signed to Jim Rivera on March 2, 2013.
It was signed and sent back to me on March 16, 2013; 14 days later.
I used the address in the data base.
